Having live fire in his face and tongs placed in his hands at the age of 9, Jack Arnold has disrupted the BBQ industry unlike anyone before.

From hosting bbq events at Four Seasons resorts and country clubs, to athletes and celebrities backyards across the country, Jack has formed the business model that brings live fire, BBQ, energy and live music together in the most immaculate settings one can ask for.

He has now forged his path in an arena that had yet to be tapped. Not only does he cook the Wagyu beef and lobsters on stage on his Big Green Egg ceramic grills, but he engages the crowd at every instance while remembering the exact timing on the meats cooking.

And he keeps it simple, everything grilled over charcoal, and his key trademark, seasoning only one side of the Wagyu steaks. He insists on letting the natural flavors of these fine meats be the shining point of the meal. It’s far more than a bbq which is why they are known as events.
